Battle Ridge is a single family residential community located about 10 miles south east of Downtown Raleigh. This beautiful neighborhood is less than 40 minutes from Raleigh Durham International Airport and Research Triangle Park. It’s close proximity to I40, I440, US 264 and the future I540 expansion make it a convenient location for many residents who work in Raleigh, Durham or even areas south and east such as Smithfield or Wilson.

Battle Ridge was first developed around 2000 with homes still being built present day. Home sizes range from 1250-2275 sq ft. on lots under .25 acre. Prices range from 130K-200K.
