Carolina Preserve, by builder Del Webb, is a popular 55+ community in the town on Cary, NC. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2013. This lovely community, located in the heart of prestigious Amberly, has world class amenities to offer its residents. In addition to the shared use of the Amberly amenity center, Carolina Preserve families have their own private clubhouse, Bradford Hall.

Bradford Hall is the central hub to all social and common gatherings in Carolina Preserve. This 34,000 square foot facility hosts not only social events, but also holds fitness classes and a state of the art weight equipment and cardio machines. Bradford Hall also includes a dance studio that holds dance and aerobics classes. Other features include a demonstration kitchen, varsity room, sundeck, hobby and craft room, library, and an adjacent lap pool.

Outdoors at Carolina Preserve, one will find bocce ball courts, clay tennis courts, a putting green, and miles of walking and biking trails over-looking the 15ish acre lake. Local walking trails do connect to the historic Tobacco Trail. Again, the residents in Carolina Preserve have shared access also to the Amberly Resident’s Club, which includes another fitness center, outdoor amphitheater, jr Olympic pool and kids pool.
