Located conveniently off of Highway 64 West near Publix Shopping Center and easy access to all Apex and Cary has to offer.

From downtown Raleigh take 40 West. Exit 293 onto US 1 South, 64 West towards Cary. Merge onto 64 W toward Asheboro/Apex. Continue on 64 West then exit Kelly Road. Turn left at the stop light and neighborhood will be on the right in a mile.

The neighborhood does have sidewalks throughout and amenities to boast at the entrance. The clubhouse is still currently under construction but is expected to be completed before the end of the year. The common area already has a pool finished with a splash pad, playground, pavilion, and an open area for entertaining. The clubhouse will also have meeting and fitness areas. There are HOA fees each month for maintaining these areas.

Plute Homes offers twelve deigns for the Greenmoor neighborhood. These designs can have from 2-7 bedrooms and 2-5 bedrooms. All homes come with a two-car garage.

Finished homes in Greenmoor right now are all 2-story homes. Ranch style homes are currently still under construction but will be available throughout the neighborhood. Single and two story homes have open floor plans and both come with a master and guest suite. The gourmet kitchen has built-in stainless steel appliances and is great for entertaining.
