Sunset Ridge embodies several neighborhoods located in the heart of Holly Springs, NC, just south of the cities of Raleigh, Cary and Apex, NC. Holly Springs is in southern Wake County, 12 miles from downtown Raleigh.

Sunset Ridge was established in the early 1990’s and consists of a variety of condos, townhomes and single family homes and features many fine custom builders from around the Triangle.

Sunset Ridge South represents the older and more established side of the community with homes dating back to the late 1980's and are as new as 2007 in the exclusive Hunter Glad section. Mature Oaks and Maples line the sidewalks and the homes sit on huge lots. Sunset Ridge South envelopes the golf course, club house and driving range.

The North side of Sunset Ridge is the newer section of the community, built in the 2000's. The tree lined streets haven't quite caught up to the grandiose trees of the South side but are well on their way. Sunset Oaks is located just 3 miles East of sunset Ridge.
